Here is a little about the book:
Sometimes you have to write your own future…
The life of former journalist Juliette Seymour has been quiet and unassuming. Up until now, she’s been concentrating on running the local newspaper and raising her daughter.
But all that is about to change when Juliette is informed that the Ticklemore Tattler is to fold and that she’ll be out of a job. She begins to wonder whether she can buy the newspaper and try to make a go of it herself.
Aware that she needs some advice she contacts Oliver Pascoe, little knowing that when her old colleague re-enters her life, his help isn’t the only thing she wants him for!
As she begins to fall in love, however, what she doesn’t realise is that Oliver has something he’s keeping from her.
A gorgeously uplifting story, perfect for fans of Holly Hepburn, Heidi Swain, and Isabelle Broom.
Review
Happy Publication Day to The Ticklemore Tattler and famed writer Liz Davies. I’m so excited to have been gifted an early copy of this amazingly heartwarming story. Put this one on your radar right now because I know you are going to love it.
Poor Juliette Seymour. She came home to Ticklemore and was been working at her beloved local newspaper The Ticklemore Tattler. But now, the son of the original owner of the newspaper has decided to cut costs and is closing the paper down. The Tattler is her life, and she refuses to let it go, so she concocts a plan to try and buy the newspaper. In need of help on how to go about purchasing the Tattler she reaches out to an old colleague, Oliver Pascoe who is happy to help. Of course Juliette had no idea she’d be getting more than help from Oliver when she starts to fall in love with him, and Oliver feels the same, but Juliette has a secret about the parentage of her daughter Brooke, when the truth comes out, will that secret tear her and Oliver apart?
Back in the beautiful village of Ticklemore, THE TICKLEMORE TATTLER is book 3 in the Ticklemore series, but all 3 can be read as a stand alone. This tale is an extremely lighthearted and uplifting read. The relationship between Juliette and Oliver has a slow and easy progression and its obvious they are perfect for each other and he is certainly invested in helping her with the paper. The supporting characters in the town are still the same outgoing busybodies they’ve always been and are nothing but a pleasant addition to this tale. The shocking revelation will not be what you think, and certainly adds an unexpected twist.
This was once again a delightful read from Liz Davies, and I think this is not going to be the last we hear from Ticklemore. I absolutely adore Liz’s writing and if you are looking for a quick, fun, indulgent read then pick this one (and any of Liz’s books) up. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much to Liz Davies, Rachel Gilbey from Rachels Random Resources and Lilac Tree Books for a copy of this book for my honest and unbiased opinion.

About the Author
Liz Davies writes feel-good, light-hearted stories with a hefty dose of romance, a smattering of humour, and a great deal of love.
She’s married to her best friend, has one grown-up daughter, and when she isn’t scribbling away in the notepad she carries with her everywhere (just in case inspiration strikes), you’ll find her searching for that perfect pair of shoes. She loves to cook but isn’t very good at it, and loves to eat – she’s much better at that! Liz also enjoys walking (preferably on the flat), cycling (also on the flat), and lots of sitting around in the garden on warm, sunny days.
She currently lives with her family in Wales, but would ideally love to buy a camper van and travel the world in it.
