She’s finally come home, but will she choose to stay?

After twelve years spent building her career in Los Angeles, Bailey Boone returns home to Ministry, Alabama, weeks before Christmas with a large cast and crew. She’s desperate for a miracle to save her company’s big budget holiday film that just lost its winter wonderland location. Bailey may have bolted from Ministry before the ink on her diploma dried, but her hometown definitely knows how to throw an unforgettable southern Christmas. Except she forgot about the ghosts of Christmas past she left behind—especially her first love, Seth.

Sheriff Seth McKay never forgot the girl he let go so many years ago. They were soulmates, but he knew Bailey needed more than Ministry could offer. Now she’s back and more stunning and confident than ever. Despite the years, their connection and chemistry still burn bright. Can Seth find his own Christmas miracle and convince Bailey to write her story in Ministry…with him?

My Thoughts

I have another Christmas tale for you! This one is NOEL, ALABAMA by @susansandsauthor. This is the 5th installment in the Alabama series, but please be aware you most certainly can read this as a stand alone…..it’s especially perfect if you are looking for a singular holiday read.

Bailey Boone is an assistant on a Hollywood holiday movie that suddenly needs a new filming location ASAP. Brilliantly, Bailey suggests her hometown of Ministry, Alabama where southern Christmas is celebrated in style and is exactly what the film is looking for. Bailey has not been back in Ministry since high school graduation, when she couldn’t wait to leave. Now returning to film the movie, she insists she will only be there until the film wraps up. But when old memories return and she reunites with her ex-boyfriend and first love Seth, they find a flicker of sparkle still exists in their relationship after all these years.  Seth is hoping to persuade Bailey to continue her next chapter in life in Ministry with him. Will there be a Christmas surprise for them both?

Oh how I love second chances at love. Even better, second chances at love at CHRISTMAS! If you are looking for a heartfelt, fun, and satisfying holiday read, Susan Sands fulfills that desire right here with Noel, Alabama. With a cute and quirky cast of characters, a little glimpse at film making, and a small town with a ton of holiday cheer this Christmas romance is definitely one to pick up. I really enjoyed this one and walked away with that cozy feel good feeling I always hope for in a holiday read. A consuming and engrossing story. Also, don’t be afraid to check out the first 4 books in this series too, they are just as sweet!

Thank you to @susansandsauthor, @tulepublishing and @katerocklitchick for my gifted copy of this book for my honest and unbiased opinion for review.
